Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES 

Products which are ordered online by all platforms categorized under any section are non-returnable as well as non-refundable. Similarly, we strongly believe in maintaining proper hygiene for our customers and not to accept return or exchange of the products which can be unhygienic for others. We cannot accept the return of any expired or broken items.

  • If you don't like the product, it's a quality, size issue or if you have changed your mind for any product or complete order, in that case, we cannot refund or exchange. 
  • There is No Cash Refund Policy.
  • Product color or shade may differ due to studio lighting and photography.

Exceptions:

  • Some cases can be considered for exchange if the reason qualifies for it to be decided by our admin officer at 00971-58-214-6961 or email us at lemporia@outlook.com
  • There is no Refund Policy even in exchange cases. 

Further, if your case qualifies for exchange the courier charges of return will be applicable according to the shipping policy which is as:

  • Customers who are requesting for any exchange will be charged with AED 15 to AED 50 on each pickup and AED 15 to AED 50 upon delivery, back and forth as per Area/City location, pickup and delivery charge applies.

RETURN CASE ELIGILIBILITY: 

  • Wrong Item or Missing Items in Order:

If you receive an order with any wrong item or your ordered item is missing, kindly inform us at your earliest within 7 Days to our Customer Support at lemporia@outlook.com

We will arrange a courier to pick up the wrong item and once it is received. our warehouse team will inspect. After inspection of the wrong item, we will send you the replacement accordingly. Same for the Missing items as well.
