Our Story – The Heart Behind Lemporia

This belief is the soul of Lemporia.

Our journey began in 2019, during the festive days of Eid. Like many of you, I was searching through the markets of Abu Dhabi to find the perfect bangles and khussa to complete my Eid outfit. Days turned into a week of searching, and one thing became very clear — most of these beautiful Asian cultural accessories were few and only available in Dubai and Sharjah.

That moment planted a thought in my heart.

I realized that Abu Dhabi was waiting — waiting to embrace Asian traditions, bangles, khussas, henna, and heritage accessories. A city full of culture, families, and celebrations deserved easier access to these timeless pieces. That realization turned into a decision: to build something meaningful.

Getting licensed, finding vendors, and outsourcing products wasn’t easy at all. The early days were filled with uncertainty, challenges, and learning curves. But time, patience, and faith worked their magic. Within months, we connected with trustworthy suppliers and proudly achieved our first milestone.

With nothing more than Facebook and Instagram, Lemporia stepped into the market. What happened next still fills our hearts with gratitude. The love, encouragement, and trust shown by the people of Abu Dhabi were overwhelming. Along the way, we met inspiring souls — influencers who believed in us, kind friends who motivated us, and customers who became part of our journey for another two years.

Above all, my family stood firmly by my side — especially my sisters, brother and husband, whose unwavering support gave me strength during every high and low.

Soon, Lemporia became more than just a business. It became a dream shared by many.

From a small room to an outdoor kiosk, standing under the burning sun and humid weather, your love kept us going. For two consecutive years, we proudly served our customers and added joy to their Eid and Diwali celebrations. That was our second milestone, achieved with pure determination and your endless support.

In 2024, our third milestone achieved. Lemporia opened its own shop at the beautiful and heritage-rich Madinat Zayed Shopping Mall, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi. It felt unreal — a moment where dreams turned into reality. Our customers became our greatest source of strength, pushing us forward every single day.

As we grew, we hired staff and expanded operations. But sometimes, life teaches you that business isn’t only about systems and profits — it’s about presence, care, and emotions. Being physically away from the store didn’t feel right. And while circumstances led us to shift operations to Dubai, our bond with Abu Dhabi never faded.

Because some journeys are driven by heart, not numbers.

Today, after many challenges and brave decisions, we are proud to introduce Lemporia Website — a platform created with love, trust, and connection. Through our website, we are now able to reach not only Abu Dhabi, but all Emirates — Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

This marks our fourth milestone, and we are living it with gratitude, humility, and excitement.
